President – Dustin M. Dean
Dustin started as a construction company owner in the multi-family industry in 1993. Crestmark founder. Very active with the day to day operations of the business. Involved with Houston Apartment Association helping committees raise money. Also, a future Grateful American advisory board member that runs Camp Hope. A nationwide assistance and living facility for veterans with PTSD.
Vice-President – Darla Dean
Darla; Dustin’s sister, started in 1987 as a supervisor/manager for over 903 multi-family units for the Fidinam Group (now ARI). Her responsibilities were to oversee several rehabs, capital improvements, due diligence for new purchases as well as for re-finances. In addition, she wrote budgets and supervised the day to day operations of several properties. She came to this side in 1996 to work with her brother.
Executive Vice-President – Business Development – North Texas – Wendell Bowen
Wendell; 5 year employee, resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and has over 30 years of experience in the multi-family re-construction and development area. He was a construction manager for Insignia Financial Group and subsequently Aimco for over 20 years. He then decided to switch to the vendor side and became a Vice President for Straticon, a general contractor out of Michigan that did mostly multi-family renovations. He was in charge of all renovations in the south-west United States. He spent 10 years with Sunstone/Molnair Construction Services, a national multi-family construction renovations company. He has been involved in projects up to 20 million dollars for Crestmark in the multi-family redevelopment industry.
Vice-President- Business Development – Ryan Weiss
Ryan assists with our client growth and experience. Making sure clients are getting what they need out of the experience and relationship with Crestmark. He has been involved in the Apartment industry for over 20 years being involved with both management and vendor sides. Ryan is a key member of Crestmark and is a key member of the Houston Apartment Association. He is a member of the Ambassadors Committee, Go -Getters Committee, Community Outreach committee all at HAA as well as Logistics Coordinator at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s World Championship Barbecue cook off committee. He is a future member of the Grateful Americans for Camp Hope and future member of the Product Services Council at HAA.

Doug; a 10 year employee, monitors multiple crews and job sites for health and safety issues, quality control and timeliness of the schedule. Doug oversees 40 sub-contractors and numerous employees. When not supervising construction, Doug also estimates multi-family and commercial work. Previously, Doug had his own construction company and worked as a Project Manager for Construction Masters.
