When you request a proposal, we also collect the property's name and address, the property manager's and management company's contact details, the project type and timeline, and any photos you attach.

When you apply to become a subcontractor, we also collect your business address and phone numbers, your tax ID (EIN), your Texas driver's license number and expiration date, your insurance carrier, policy and coverage amounts, an emergency contact, the documents you upload (ID, certificate of insurance, W-9), and the typed-name signatures you give on our agreement packet, with the date and time you signed.

Like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of each request. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not use tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy before it does.
