Sending a message or a proposal request through this website does not create a contract for services. Any construction work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Crestmark. Estimates, timelines, and pricing discussed before a signed agreement are non-binding.

Emergency services

For emergencies, call our 24-hour line at (713) 426-6161. Do not rely on the website forms for urgent requests. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.

Subcontractor applications

Submitting a subcontractor application does not make you a Crestmark subcontractor and does not guarantee any work. Applications are reviewed by Crestmark. Your typed name on each document in the application packet is your electronic signature, and final execution of the agreements is subject to Crestmark's review. Texas DWC Form-83 is finalized separately on the state's official form.
